As we know olive redly is one of rare species of turtles on earth. But here in Vengurla at vaingani beach from last eight to ten years turtles came on beach for hatching.Normal period is November to December but sometimes it depends on atmospheric conditions.
Female turtle drops eggs on seashore and cover it with sands.In between seventeen to twenty five days baby turtles come out from eggs and run towards the sea water.This is great experience to watch baby turtles run towards the sea water.
